For GTA Buildings Permit, I created a complete digital foundation from the ground up. This included designing and developing their website, optimizing it for SEO, and setting up their Google My Business and Bark profiles to build trust and generate leads. I also launched and branded their social media pages on Facebook and Instagram, giving them a consistent and professional presence online. The result was a modern digital identity that improved local visibility, established credibility, and opened new channels for client inquiries.

GTA Buildings Permit is a Toronto-based consultancy offering building permits, architectural drawings, structural engineering, HVAC planning, turnkey construction, and financing solutions across the GTA. When I started working with them, the company had no digital presence. My role was to design and build their website from scratch, establish their social media presence on Facebook and Instagram, and set up their Google My Business and Bark profile to generate trust and leads online.

  • Designed and coded the website (gtabuildingspermit.com) from scratch with HTML, CSS, and lightweight JavaScript.
  • Created a mobile-first, responsive design aligned with architectural and engineering professionalism.
  • Structured service pages clearly (Architectural, Structural, HVAC, Electrical, Turnkey, Financing).
  • Integrated SEO essentials: semantic HTML, optimized titles/meta descriptions, alt tags, structured data (LocalBusiness schema).
  • Set up Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Search Console for monitoring.


SEO Setup & Optimization

  • Optimized pages with local keywords like building permits Toronto, structural drawings GTA, and HVAC permit Ontario.
  • Improved site speed and Core Web Vitals.
  • Created content flow designed to rank for both services and local intent queries.


Social Media Management (Facebook & Instagram)

  • Created business pages on Facebook and Instagram.
  • Designed custom graphics and post templates to give the brand a consistent, modern visual style.

Google My Business & Bark Setup
